i got MY Acacia Package today, and im FIRED UP!

i just got home from vancouver, open the mail. and guess who was waiting inside. thats right you guessed it.

and when i find out who gave out my confidential information, and my attorney reads that companies TOS, and thinks they did me wrong. you better bet your last fucking bottom dollar, im going to fucking court about it. whoever gave out my shit is gonna hurt. and i hope everyone getting shit in the mail is looking ot help hang them cock-suckers out to dry.

anyone else have any offers of information for places to check for whom might have given out my information? anyone else already spoken with thier attorney about this?

If Acacia was any form of research company they would know that Michael ("Zayne E." - my husband) is a designer and that he bought sets OF IMAGES from Matrix only for use in various designs he has sold or is selling. They would also know he purchased NO videos from Matrix and has NO websites with streaming media.

The letter is a laugher - "You provide access to digital audio/video content via your website(s) without a license from Acacia, and are therefore liable to Acacia for patent infringement." Michael does?!? REALLY?!? What "website(s)?" And to make that statement as IF it were fact.

HERE'S THE KICKER: This was forwarded from our old mailing address. It is postmarked October 21. On the 22nd, Michael updated all our Whois info to HIS name. All the websites WERE in MY name. Tha package was addressed to Michael Alden, Blue Ferret Productions...a company name he only has registered with one company...guess who?

I do believe enough webmasters have received this information package/threat to allow us to band together and file a class action civil suit against Acacia for Civil Racketeering. I think a $34,000,000 settlement will end this bologna.

Probably the same number of times when I see threads popup for people who are just finding out about this Acacia stuff.

Have you noticed all the Acacia threads that keep popping up asking the same questions over and over?

It saves wear and tear on my hands in trying to bring awareness and answers to issues and questions if people were to read info already asked and answered.

I didn't see anything about these folks not knowing anything about Acacia.. Just that they got their letter today..

I think Most people on this board know about the site by now.. Sooo How bout lighten it up a bit with the link..
