50 years ago you would never hear about 1/2 the shit which happens to day. People didnt go out shooting people. People didnt go out blowing up buildings

They did, infact just over 50 years ago the biggest war and mass genocide the world has ever seen was going on, World War 2

You're missing the point. I'm not talking about War i'm talking about the way the general population of USA/Canada treated others. You didnt see people back then going on shooting rampages, or people planting bombs and blowing up their own country's buildings.

IE, back then you'd never see a lady opening a door herself now-a-days you see people opening a door barely enough for them to squeeze by and letting shut in the face of the person behind.

Back in the day people would open up their door to help a stranger now-a-days people answer their doors with a shotgun hidden in the background, just incase.

I don't think you'd be able to sit comfortably making post like this for a living. It's all what you consider moral, it differs from person to person. Do your research life was fucked up for many many people 50 yrs ago.

I rather die fighting for something i believe in than to be senselessly murdered. If you consider the normal population at war with the population who have serious issues which need to be dealt with then i could see your point.

I see your point, My Dad was a teen in the 50's and he said that only a very few carried guns, not like people do today. Back then just pulling a knife on someone one was a serious issue, And if you had beef with someone and a fight started you just beat the hell outta them/you got beat/ or beat the hell outta each other. In most cases that was the end of it. Now some you get in fights you might get a gun in the face. SO yeah if the mind set was the same from 50 years ago I think we would be in better shape

That is very true. No one really used any weapons back then... and you didnt have to worry about 50 guys jumping in if their friend was losing...

Back then a handshake was all you needed to sign a deal...today people want 200 page contracts
