                      As res as already mentioned, there is http://www.cardservice.com/
                      I would use http://www.netbilling.com
                      Card Services is cheaper, but you need to get a programmer to get it to work with your site. Netbilling already has stuff setup for a paysite and/or store. They also have customer serivce reps to handle your customers. It's almost like a 3rd party biller, but with your own merchant account.
