Allow me to remind everyone all the ways that PhatZane is owned.
1) Although he has the registered trademark symbol attached to his name, he in fact holds no such trademark. The Intellectual Property office has NO reigstration of such trade mark.
2) PhatZane doesn't own phatzane.com ... Wouldn't you own the domain bearing the same name as your alleged trademark?
3) PhatZane speaks like he is a hard hitting black gangster from the streets. In fact, he is white, lives in Canada, has no rap albums and has never been a gang member. Enlighten us gangster, from where does your massive "street credibility" come from? The term to best describe him would be "wigger".
4) PhatZane doesn't understand exactly where content fits in on the totem pole. You aren't running shit.
5) PhatZane called me out on GFY .. When I pointed out all the ways he is owned, he promised me a lawsuit. This was some 8 weeks ago, and to date, I have not been served. Another fine example all talk.
