That was fucking gruellllling.
Had to go down and pack the basement. I have a full set of gorgeous Denby china that I had never unpacked because we didn't have room for the buffet here, and it was still in boxes...I figured it would be an easy job to go into the basement and just pick upt he boxes and arrange everything..
WRONG.
The fucking basement seeped and the boxes with my China in them were all rotted and moldy on the bottom. Even the newspaper the dishes were wrapped in was moldy. I never saw it because there were boxes stacked around them and they were all ok, but th eones far back in the corner were TRASHED. I had to try to pick up the boxes without smashing my china, unwrapped and re-wrapped and re-packed 8 boxes of china. Not only that, I had to re-pack a whole shitload of other boxes too. I'm not finished I have to go back down. I don't want to. My entire body hurts.
I hate moving but I can't wait to MOVE.
