It's some kid who is more than likley mailing form his ISP's account. All that useless jumbo is a script to randomize the email so it bypasses some filters. Your spammer is too dumb to even work the script right. So he is probably sitting there staring at his stats wondering why there are no click throughs and hoping he didn't burn yet another ip on a stupid noob mistake
