if it's not set up through a credit card, then it take several days to clear just like a check

I've seen it take up to 58 minutes to post an IPN on a transaction.

also, do you charge the sender the 3% fee...I havent and im always coming up short

make sure u "transferred the funds" i made that mistake once and i waited 2 weeks then i realized my fuk up so yah don't forget to do that all i did was covert the funds
