In the Land Of The Free you must obey every ridiculous rule handed down by the bureaucrats. Even if the rules make no sense and often contradict each other.
I think he went down in that operation pipe dream thing that the DEA did last February. They shut down like 55 sites that were selling pipes etc.
Just type this into google, "operation pipe dreams." I think that people that sold pipes may have also turned over their customer list. The IP's of visitors to these sites that were shut down were also recorded.
He wasn't selling drugs, the government claims he was selling "drug paraphernalia" or something like that... how can you arest someone for selling pipes? That's handcraft that's been going for over a thousand years!
IM glad I live in a state where people realize DRUNKS are the problem and the fines and laws are shaped to be more lenient on marijuana smokers here than drunk drivers.
The rest of the states are so fucking behind.
If i went out in the street right now with a 40 ounce beer in both hands screaming drunk, id go to jail.
If I walked out in front my home smoking a joint on the sidewalk, a cop would roll by and not even notice, in addition if he did there'd be no jail time and most likely would just tell me to throw it away.
I have friends that were busted driving with herbs in the car and the cops just take it. Get pulled over for beer and see if they do. hahaha
