    its written in the terms and conditions..

    can i ask why there? its pretty specific place ur outting.

                                              I have no problem going back through accounts and evaluating them... if there is not solid proof of fraudulent activity.. you will be paid.. we may still close the account.. but you will be paid.


                                              Iberville had a scam running a while back.. so we just made things easy for ourselves..and do not accept webmasters from that town.
