i saw it the other day... its amazing. however, it may not be good to have dinner before seeing it ;)
i never realized how big american serving sizes (supersized, in particular), are compared to ours in canada. (we dont have 'supersize' anymore, just 'large size')
I haven't seen the movie yet but I have read a bunch of interviews that he has done. It's crazy, especially how now if he eats heavy for a few days he packs on 5-10 lbs whereas before that wouldn't have happened. Goes to show that when you change eating habits it really does affect your body more than we realize.
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

i thought he did a great job. cool that he had a semi-decent sense of humor as well.
amazing that 30 days of McDonalds could almost kill him. the example of someone eating breakfast lunch and dinner at McDonalds is not extreme at all when you look at most people in the US's total diet everyday. Many people that eat regularly at McDonalds, eat similarly elsewhere and make similar food choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Saw on the news the other day that MTV wont play the commecials for it because of the large advertising revenue they recieve from the fast food industry.
Just another way MTV/viacom/clearchannel has one organized goal in mind for the youth of this country..complete control of thier $ from top to bottom.

Awesome movie. Good to see a doctumentary that Michael Moore has no part of. Dont get me wrong, I am a fan of his movies, but he can be so biased at times...
Incidentally, any documentary featuring music by Wesley Willis gets an A+ in my book.

I don't like government regulation but that's just not right. Something should be done.
I've trusted my sites to them for over a decade...
