Someoen told me, that high protein diets are pointless because you end up pissiing out most of the protein anyhow, cause your body doesnt need that much.. is that true?

Your body uses as much as you need. It also depends on what kind of protien you are consuming. Long strains, med, or short. What you are eating at the time you are consuming the protien.
I know from experience (and I am assuming you are weight lifting) that massive amounts of protien mixed with a good diet and losts of water do work.Comment

one rule...you consume what you need and either flush out the extra or get sick from it...All I know is that when you take too much of anything, you're making your body a garbage bin...
