There is at least one site promoting this fetish already. I've seen some of their photos on newsgroups.

Mostly they have voyeur type photos of women that you can tell are wearing those diapers.

There is also a large subculture that are into wearing diapers period. I think there is a whole newsgroup devoted to that fetish but I don't know if there are any paysites on the subject.
