    Acacia related

    I called my former manager/partner and he has not received an Acacia letter as of yet. Probably because he does not operate an affilitate program...or use affilitates...and produces his own content. He does expect notification at some point because Acacia probably also checks whois info.

    He has stated that he will only respond to Acacia when he is notified to appear in court...and his attorney has told him that he will see where the case appears to be going and at that time and will either inform him to settle or continue in the court case. Bottom line...he will see them in court.

              Where will all your bluff and bluster be if it happens to end up that Matrix did not distribute their webmaster list to Acacia, and Acacia got it by other means? I think you'll have a lot of words to eat.

                      I am one year out of adult business and today get letter from Acacia - I am 100% sure my info came from Matrix, because only for them I use my fake company name

                                          I am also 100% sure for a similar reason. My acacia letter was addressed to the exact pseudonym I used for registering at Matrix when I was shopping for content last year.
