It seems to me that Matrix can't really prove Acacia *didn't* use their database...you can't really prove the absence of an action like that. So if Matrix really has proof one way or the other, I'd guess it means they've got proof that Acacia did use their database.
On the other hand, while I wouldn't call it proof, Matrix could make a very comprelling argument that their database wasn't used if they asked Acacia where they got the contact info for specific webmasters who have posted their "evidence" on GFY, and Acacia provided documentation showing the other sources from which the data was obtained.
My guess: Matrix will announce that Acacia told them they didn't use their database. I hope not, because that would just be lame, but that's my guess as to the announcement.Comment
