Do what I did. Setup tinyproxy on your server. The you have fast, secure proxies using any ip that your server has. No more searching for proxies, or wondering how long the proxy will last or if its too slow. No problems with other people on the proxy either.
As long as you arent emailing or cheating, theres nothing to worry about. Tinproxy is free.
