Since the Monday after Easter I have lost around 60 pounds. Things like not eating bread seem natural now and I dont really miss it. Dont even buy it at the grocery anymore, even tho im allowed a couple of slices a day. One things thats helped is a daily walking regimen and a multivitamin a day. Also had to give up even diet cokes. Dunno if it was the carbonation or the artificial sweetener, but I was retaining water like a mutha
