You've obviously not done your Atkins research

You are only supposed to stay on the 20 grams of carbs a day for a short time... then slowly up your carbs to find out when you start to gain weight back... once you start putting weight back on, you subract 5 grams of carbs a day from what you were eating, and that is your ideal carb limit.... generally most people are between 50 and 100 per day, but each person is different...
