my usual technique is to call and bitch until i get a manager. then act calm and get free things.

use people's first name when you call support. it puts them off gaurd.

One account. Don't like to talk much but this situation made me to post! Guys, I called there 2 times, talked with guy very slowly so he could understand my problem. After few minutes he told me that they will contact me via internal email in 48 hours and everything will be ok. After 48 hours passed I started to mail them every day and all I got is bla bla bla we will contact you as soon as issue will be resolved. And then they just closed accounts!!! Few times manager from my partnership program called there to explain that I'm a good guy and they have no problems with me (by the way this program opened me that account, so they have some more powerful relations with epassporte). No result. Oh sorry, I have result. 2 fucking weeks of one-way negotiations and quantity of dead nerve cells.
I even say nothing about 100$ that disappeared from my balance. Fuck them. They stopped all my work

You see, the only reason I see is that I mistakenly put my card in ATM without "PLUS" label. But I don't think that it can be a real reason. Also I didn't know that they have limit in 400$ a day. I tried to take about 700 or something. ATM gave me 400. I tried once more time. No result. So I decided to wait a day. I thought they have limit on cashing. Came home. Looked in to my stats. Everything was ok. Next day they blocked my account. Maybe it's great reason for them, but why they didn't tell me what's the problem. Didn't ask questions, just closed. Am I not a client? third... did you read all of the terms that you agreed to when you signed up for your epassporte account??? your answer may be sitting there.

honestly i'm sure this is a very one sided story, but I would be more inclined to listen to your pain if you were to expose your true identity vs... hiding

I know in the US. the limit to ATM is 300 well maybe 400 every 24 hours.. I love that fact that they dont charge percentage on movign money around. Thats a plus.. I wasnt too happy about buying that damn card for 35 bucks..
