It was a special episode with teams of 2 people. They had this big vat filled with scorpions, millipedes, centipedes, crickets, worms, etc.
The first person used their mouth to pick up big chunks of these bugs and were getting stung on the mouth etc. by scorpions. Then they dropped them all in this meat grinder and grinded it up into this crimson black crunchy goo that ran into their partners mouth. The partner had to spit it into a bowl.
That shit that ran out was awful and these pretty little girls are grabbing it with their mouth and have it all over their faces. Then they don't even clean it off when they are done, just watch everyone else take their turn.
