I worked for a company that had all it's internal resourses. What ever one branch needed it got it from another branch. Once the money came from outside sources (customers) it would stay inside.

Yeah, this is something which deserves
But i meant those small Ccbill affiliate programs that always act so desperate to get affiliates.
If the affiliate program should earn only a few $k per month, then i'd rather earn that amount as an affiliate of other programs, without worrying about problems with customers, charge backs, burocracy, buying content, upating site etc.
