The proof Rich posted earlier was wothwhile, to which he backed up with screenshots. Unlike this, NLB made an accusation that Rich was some kind of cheat not worthy of any credit, and yet he still has the nerve to talk about defamation.

Consider the source. I'd trust NLB over rich any day of the week. While rather convincing, the evidence that rich posted in that other thread only suggests that the matrix database was used. It certainly doesn't prove that they handed it over. None of us know how the data was obtained.

Jumping to conclusions sucks, especially when Rich is the one pushing you to make the leap. He's resold their content without a license, by his own admission. We're all well aware of his reputation.

I made some posts before out of anger and regret it, as i am positive the dB came from matrix, it cannot be assumed that you personally handed it over.

I will publically apologize for this accusation.

In the meantime, i dont know if there is anything at all i can do on my end, but if you have any ideas, shoot them at me.

As i said in my msg to him, i only meant to show that proof has shown me the dB is for sure from matrix. To blame him personally just isnt right, and i apologize.

i still think its FUCKED UP that the dB got into acacias hands, but it isnt right to jump to conclusions and think he directly had anything to do with it, atleast without proof.

So i say it again, i dont know if there is anything at all i can do on my end to help figure out how, or who, or when, or whatever ... but i am open for suggestions.
