I have to agree with what alot of others have already said. I think that you have a good starting point so far, but it does need to be fine tuned a bit. The title graphic, it just kind of blends into the background which is unfortunate b/c I think it's a great site name. The toplist looks unorganized, difficult to follow, so like others have suggested (and I see you have already acknowledged) use the name and not the url. Also, imho, it looks a little small, like something is missing, try and lengthen it out a bit. Other than that I think you have the right idea, so good luck!
