Elite = the things you do behind the scenes that nobody sees and likely never will. And the level of respect that follows. Unseen actions, ethic, performance, results, honesty, and rock solid principles that can't be damaged under any circumstances.

The "Elite" know who they are and feel no need or want, to ever speak of it.

Everyone else asks questions about "being elite".
