I like CCBill, but I've never liked their stats area. It just doesn't seem to be laid out nicely. It's not very user friendly.

I'd like to see a better layout, anyone else?

Its a bit different, but if you look at some of the other processors stat areas... CCBil's is by far the best in my opinion.
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

I don't really like any of the processors stats areas. They just don't flow very well.

I do not like them and wish for a more simple interface. For me, it takes too long to load and takes too many clicks to get to where I need to go for details.

There's only one thing i would add to the CCBill stats area, and that would be a dropdown menu to jump to a particular page, or account, on the quick stats page. It's a little annoying having to click through each page individually if you're trying to get to say, the fourth page.
            26 + 6 = 1

Thinking about it, your right. But that doesn't stop it being god awful. It's mostly designed as if someone from CCBill was using it. It should be designed as if a webmaster was using it. Sux. But, like u said, still the best out there atm

                That's something I've thought too.

When I log in, I'd instantly like to see a summary page that shows me stats by day, week, month, and then maybe I could click on the stats for the day and it would bring me to a more detailed page with stats for the day or whatever, something more like that would be nice

It's strange that most of the big affiliate programs have nice looking stats, simple to use, it all just flows well. Then you go and look at the big processors stats and it's the opposite.

The new affiliate reports are being worked on right now; not sure when the next version of the webmaster reports is scheduled, but I will pass on any and all suggestions in this thread to the appropriate people

I can tell you this, it is difficult to create an interface which works perfectly with 100% of the external users, the version of the webmaster admin that you are looking at now was compiled after numerous webmaster suggestions and the clients that I had spoken during the initial rollout in April were very pleased with the improvements and additional functionality?

Maybe we should make it skinable ;)

I think CCBill's stats are awesome. At a glance you can see you income for the day, week, month year, chargebacks, credits, refunds, rebills, check sales etc. Also you can see how many members cancelled and why very easily. I also like how you can easily check pay periods and see how much your check is going to be. I love their stats area.

Might take bit of getting use too, but spend the time to go around the stats area so you know where everything is....
                                    It's pretty well thought out.

CCbill at least has everything you need, although navigation can be slow, painful, and counterintuitive. Epoch stats suck donkey dick.

I think for the most part they're talking about affiliate stats. Gotta agree with you that the site stats are great but the stats area for affiliates really does suck in a major way.

Looking forward to the new changes

That new Java thing they put together is difficult to use. Sometimes stats load, sometimes not. The old ones were better in my opinion.

I'd like a summary of all my accounts on one page. I'm an affiliate for 20 or so different CCBill sponsors, and it's a hassle to have to switch accounts to check stats on each one. And it would be cool to show the name of the sponsor instead of just an account number when you're switching accounts.

Just tried checking stats so I could be more specific, but for some reason can't log in right now...entered my info, clicked login, and nothing happened...three more tries and now all it says is "I believe there is something wrong. Please try again. IP Locked".

if you are referring to the Java, there is the option to turn off Java and load the stats in HTML

At a glance you can see you income for the day, week, month year, chargebacks, credits, refunds, rebills, check sales etc. Also you can see how many members cancelled and why very easily. I also like how you can easily check pay periods and see how much your check is going to be. I love their stats area.

More of a multi-account command console approach. Basically the goal of stats for me is to quickly understand where my most productive traffic is coming from for each account so I can focus on building those.
