    Whistler BC. How is the skiing/snowboarding?

    Good place to go for a 2 week ski vacation? What's the village like? Lot's of places to head out and party? What about restaurants? Thanks!

      Fucking sux man.. dont bother.. head over to Manitoba and Shred they have some of the best hills.


      j/k Whistler/Blackcomb is world ranked in the top 10 places to ski..two mountains for the price of one..more terrain and steeps than the average person can handle.

      The nightlife kicks ass.. all it is bar after bar in the village.

          It's *THE* place to go for whatever you're into; skiing, boarding, partying. Been there 8 times, and I'm itching to go back.

          To avoid the crowds, go anytime after April 1st. Snow is still great, weather's beautiful, and the village still rocks.

                                  I actually live very near there and cant seem to move away....
                                  the snowboarding is awesome...definately the best in canada....
                                  Not to mention the unending amounts of girls in the area!!
                                  Im sure youd have a blast up there. Especially the night life.....
                                  There are also a lot of aother winter things to do alot of people rent out there lodges for groups and offer snowmobiling and that sort of thing....
                                  well hope you have fun if you decide to go...

                                      I go boarding once a week at whistler during the season. It is fucking unbelievable! I usually go mid-week when it is not so busy and leave Vancouver early in the morning. Generally only takes me 1 hour to get up there in the S4.

                                      The back bowls are INSANE!!!! Nothing like gliding over some fresh powder!

                                      P.S. Here's a tip if you pick up your pass at 7-11 you save $10 off your day pass. I know that's not much but it saves me enough for Mcdonald's breakie and Coffee at Tim Hortons on the way up! I look so funny when I walk into 7-11 with all my equipment on and order a ski pass!
