    Acacia Hungup On Me!

    I called them dumbasses...that might have done it...

    I got a letter from them yesterday to my home address, first and last name, no company attached. It's impossible for them to even have my last name. The only time it has been given out is when I do the Internext stuff and the booth crap. Now, I own NO TGP's, paysites, programs, have never bought content, etc. I called them on it and asked what am I in violation of. They said I use their technology, when I stated that I have no business doing anything with it and I DO NOT own anything, he suggested I let the courts handle it. Then we I repeatedly asked how they got my name I got the response "A team of researchers." I said bullshit, you got it from some list that someone gave you. He said "Well, ma'am you just answered your own question." Then some more back and forth shit, then when I wasn't being professional enough, he hung up on me.

                          I'm so annoyed, the guy was an asshole too. I told him that I do not use his technology, he told me I had two choices, to settle or not. I told him there was no reason to settle, because I have never used it. I said "one company in the adult biz has my last name." Then I continued and was talking to him and reminded him that I don't use shit, he said "Yes you do, you just said you bought content." I said, "hell no, I said one company has my last name and that's AVN for InterNext for booth consulting." When I asked what I violated or where I violated, they could not answer me.

All the basically say is that they would like it if you wouldnt mind giving them a percent. They dont threaten any lawsuits, or anything. All they state is that you have untill November 30th to get there "special rates".

                                                  Now.. Come november 30th if I receive any lawsuit threats.. You better beleive I will be sueing them right back for harrasment..

                                                                              in order to prove that somebody is violating they would need to show evidence to substantiate the claim, otherwise you can counter sue them for harassment (although thats not what it's really called.. but i'm not a lawyer).

                                                                              anyways, imho if you got a letter and you dont use any video of any kind you can probably laugh at this whole thing.

I then told them unless they have recently aquired the patent for the 404 error not to contact me agin.. and hung up.
