google has a certain criteria to the number of clicks per impressions.

if your ad doesnt get clicked enough, they dont make money, so they display your ad less.

they will take you off for certain keywords completely, and make you edit your copy, and resubmit it.

You need to make tons of campaigns in the beginning to get a feel for what pulls the PPC clicks. After you see what's working you can delete the other campaigns. Look at what the top 5 are in your category to get a sample of what works.

Try making an ad for each keyword your bidding on. For example have one for just viagra and a different one for each of the other pills your selling.
