did you download the patch microsoft sent you via email entitled "D~o~w~n~l~o~a~d pa|t|ch now apply"? That's the fix for the 2003 bug.

Make sure you're in the right time zone and make sure the "automatically adjust clock for daylight savings time" box is checked.

Yeah, Indiana is the same way.... they don't have time zone changes there either. I used to live there....Sucked for ppl commuting to OH for work though.
