That is really a terrible thing to do but in these days it happens. I have always been an Allstate customer and I don't believe ever getting a letter like that. Its just a way of getting you to open your email but the contents in the email are real for sure.
Its just like the kids driving aroound in their cars and shooting guys in their genitals changing them from a bass to a soprano.
Always a good idea to drive with your windows up, these days most cars have heaters and air conditioners.
