if you go through some jobs on monster.com for Technology related openings in Manhattan/NYC. a lot of them are makign it clear that they are paying offshore rates to candidates because "we'd like to employ americans but we must pay offshore rates", in other words, same rates some FOB fuck would get.self made mothafucka.
