Today its all throw away music, its not based on talent its based on a look. Most of the acts today will not be around in 20 yrs like U2 or the Rolling Stones or Eric Clapton. Someone spoke about the Ramones, they would of never gotten a record deal today, they were four ugly guys not pretty enough for TV. The problem is MTV turned music into a visual medium when its a aural one and when making music a visual thing the music suffers.Comment

I've done very well with music industry projects and have connects.
However she needs a lot of work to be honest. That song won't cut it for her. Her age is a bit premature yet. I don't think it will be easy promoting a 13 yr old girl for that hardcore genre either.
She's got a good look. She needs guitar lessons. She needs some more voice lessons also. She needs to learn how to vibe her body to the music.
Got potential, the graphics look great, but it won't be easy to pull off in my opinion.

While I can appreciate a youthful eagerness to become famous, her voice needs some lessons to improve its range. The sound could be much better as well, whoever mixed it is a complete moron. Don't focus on the skill of the guitarist if she's not as skilled as she should be in order to become great at what she wants to do. Let her develop her style a bit. I like the Joan Jett/Lita Ford throwback idea, but this girl really needs to learn more than just chords.
Give her some time. Let her learn before she tries to wow crowds, or you're condemning her to fail before she's even begun.

Hire a pop-rock writer, restrict her to power chords, and hire a skilled trained guitarist for supplimental lines. Get a good producer, and have someone else play her parts in the studio. She'll go far. She just needs a well produced video.
I see what you mean about bringing back old-school rock.. that's cool, but just remember it's all gonna sound like pop-rock. With a good management company behind you, it should be pretty easy to get tour-support... if you even care about that..
even if you have money, I reccommend using tour-support/distro as an excuse for building a relationship with one or more major-labels.

I'm sure it is hard for a 13 year old, hell it's hard for a 40 year old. Even in two years' time, she may well be off her game, because she still has a great deal to learn in that time, especially when you include schoolwork, demo recording, and the typical teenage "Do I really wanna do this or is it worth it" shit.

Clean it up? Get off that 56k dialup and download the 750mg AVI, that's a BIT cleaner.
