Results of the Polygraph
For those of you that don't know what I'm talking about here is the simplified story..
October 4th Around 11pm I was at work closing up the store, at close i went to the office let an employee use the phone while i locked the cash and prepared (put them in a brown paper bag) the past 3 days deposits to take them to the bank although i knew i wasn't supposed to take them out after dark but i did. about 11:15 I let that same employee out the front door of the store to walk over to the gas station to see if he knew someone he could catch a ride with. I locked the door behind him and told the other employee to wait by the side door where i was parked while i set the alarm, He was carrying a bag exactly like mine with 3 hot dogs in it.. i set the cash down on the table next to the door like i always do and walked to set the alarm.. well that same employee always takes my bags out at nite so we can get out before the alarm goes off..
When i set the alarm and hurried to the door the bag wasn't their so i assumed omar grabbed it like he always does and went to open the door.. when i did a black male pushed omar off to the side while another pushed me back into the store and said.. "Where is it at?!" I was scared because of the black Glock 9mm that was in my face and said "I don't know what your talking about" he replied "Gimme the fucking money" I stuttered "He's got it" Pointing to omar. They snatched both the bags and ran off. we came back inside and locked the door and called the cops.
They think i had something to do with it since the Mexicans' (omar) story differed from mine.. I think the misinterpreted it.
Now U know.
Btw, I was Fired Last Tuesday because of it and I'm outta work along with 8,000 other people in this same city
Well at 8:30am i arrived for my 9am appointment with the SBI and Local Law Enforcement. Well I went through the tests 3 times and The Agent from the SBI told me That I was Lying on the question about "Do you know who stole the money from Hardee's?" In which I replied "No" Well she says i was lying and after 45 minutes of interrogation The investigating detective says "If I call the D.A. And say you failed the polygraph and your story keeps changing what do you think he will do?" "I said Probably issue a warning for my arrest" he said "Yep, Don't leave town."
I don't know if they were lying to see if id tell them something to try and get my ass outta hot water or what but I didn't have shit to do with it and Those of you who know me know I'm telling the truth. Tomorrow I'm going to contact a lawyer and see what i should do..
