If you have dealings with this person and are out any kind of money I have 2 numbers for you.

1. Susan James she is a detective in the vancouver police department under their fraud unit. Her number is 604-717-2569

2. The vancouver small claims court for anything up to 5k. Their number is 604-660-8989.

Both offices have been very busy for the last 20 minutes in filing paperwork. But they await your calls if you have been ripped off by David Foote.

If anyone had the balls to get David Foote instead of whining about it, he would have been capped a long time ago. He is SO accessible. Just follow around Nikitalynx for a few days. He will lead you straight to him.

The problem to date is he has been hiding under different companies ... My claim against him isn't against any of these companies ... it is from direct correspondance with him.

Now with that said I know nickatilynx and Myles has repaid a lot of debt for his actions.

But my debt is from David Foote himself and I intend to collect in full no matter what legal steps I have to take.

I also know there are a lot of people owed money from his scams ... and as long as nickatilynx or Myles keeps repaying people the real scammer cannot be prosecuted ...

My claim to him is under 1k so it is a small claims matter which I am persueing. But many others have claims of more than 5k ... it's you people that can put a stop to him..

Sadly my outcome will be that he pays me back ... It may take time to go to court but thats about all that will happen in my case.

But if you own a business and your looking for this guy to help build your business up look at whats happened to every other business deal he has made.

Also those of you thats just taking the loss ... I feel bad that your business sence isn't better than that.
