I have to make at least six so far, that I'm aware of, for the Thanksgiving/Yule holidays. Plus one for a good friend of mine who's birthday is November 8. She doesn't want cake, she wants pumpkin pie.

In the desert you have to carve them the night before because at 90 degrees carved pumpkin aint pretty. I remember as a kid living up north they lasted for weeks now its like days. sigh

i remember pumkin carving used to be fun, nothing special about it to me anymore though. Also, It used to be natural for every kid to say "trick or treat" in order to get candy. Now all they do is run around grabbing handfulls and running off not even saying tricker treat, those little fuckers.
