    If you were just starting/starting over in the biz.

    Do you think the days of comming in with little to no investment and making it in this biz are gone?

    This was posted in another thread and I thought it would be kinda neat for discussion. Seeing as how much the industry has changed over the past year...what do you think? I still see newbie boards in developement. Any hope for these guys?

                  partially, it's MAINLY geared towards running existing sites with 100k+ traffic for people who would rather not take the time to maintain their own sites

                                  If you are saying "making it in this biz" as making a living and not becoming rich then I would have to say that the days are not over, it would require alot of hard work, but you can still make a living out of it....

                                  Getting rich is a whole different subject.....

                                      Sure it's still possible to start with zero dollar and make money. There are lots of sponsors that will give free content and hosting to promote their sites, there lots of TGPS that still accept galleries on reputable freehosts, there are lots of free scripts to start your own TGP, LL, Top Lists and some free hosts will even let you upload these free scripts (or have their own already available). With good plaanning and perserverance, you can still start with nothing and invest what little you make to grow.
