How can you continue to use stolen software once you *KNOW* it's stolen; especially if you're using the softare to make money!? There are traffic trading scripts that are both legit and *FREE*. Why not check out a free script that doesn't use stolen code, like cjultra (http://www.cjultra.com).

Coming from both a legal background and a programming background, I'd say this is virtually impossible. Unless the coding was identical it'd be very difficult to convince a courtroom that the coding was stolen. The logic behind the cheater reports is simple, if a site has 20 of them but can't be confirmed, chances are he is a cheater that we have been unable to prove. As you are aware I am very curious why Choker has failed to bring a legal action against the developers of cjoverkill.
All the posturing on an internet web board do not sole the fundamental defects of his insistence that somehow I am in the wrong for using his competitors trade program.
If we all can concede for a moment that within the world of software development, there is always a continuing effort for one company to build a better mouse trap.
Come on choker, this again has been going on since march with you and cjoverkill. But again as I see it, legally you don't have a leg to stand on.
My guess is you may or may not have approached an attorney. He/She probably listen to your story about how you believe some programmer stole your program.
That attorney most likely gave you a wake up call, regarding your responsibilities and obligations under the law, before you can begin crying foul.
Adding insult to injury you may well have been told it would cost you $5000 -$10,000 or more in a retainer to get the any type action rolling. The first hurdle to overcome is the playing catch-up in getting your documentation in order.
Aside from your rhetoric and chest thumping, you don't seem to be able to produce one bit of legally filed documentation that even gives you rights to address this issue with me, the end-user of your competitors product.

This whole deal between between those two developers is murky at best.
