I disagree. Females with real nice tits who are in the porn age group (under 30 or so) are about 40%.
To me, most boob jobs look really bad. It's hard to find a good one. So I'd say the GOOD fake tits are about 20%.
However, I prefer nice handfuls, not salad bowl fuls.
