I have to agree - it's hard to get your $ back if he gets slandered to the point that he cant even work in effort to pay you.
If he agrees to pay it back and works honestly and hard to cover his debts then that is a step in the right direction.
At this point in time threads like this dont help
if he 100% does the runner and absolutley refuses to pay it - THEN bring the guns out
..actually just thinking about it - I dont think this thread alone would do too much harm - think of how many "Hungrymman owes me $" thresds there's been - he still gets work
