Lastly, a message to Shawn since you have not replied to my various means to contact you; by section 3(D) of the contract you signed, I have the right to collect my entire payment within 30 days written notice. I offered you a 6 month settlement agreement for the amount owing. I strongly suggest you consider the latter agreement or to speak with counsel about your payment options as I won't be very forgiving and your lack of replying to my emails and changing your phone number is not appreciated. Once again, EMAIL me Shawn to discuss your financial situation before this gets any worse.

Sorry wiredguy, that this is happening to you, I do however feel that it was a service to not cover this up, and allow false hopes of others that grimshawn may or my not have inteded to scam with his investment opportunities.
for someone that "did not have the facts", I hit the nail pretty much on the head with exception to the amount of money, but I was close enough for you to know I did not try to inflate the numbers.
I do apologize to you if I in anyway have hamperred and not helped you to get your money back... but realistically charles if/when you find that he is judgement proof with no assets or any type of collectible situation, all you will have done is waste more of your good hard earned money chasing an empty judgement I have done this countless number of times. the frustration you feel now, will not compare to what you will feel then, and many others could have been taken advantage of in the time it takes for that to run it's course.
as you know I like you, and think you are great at what you do, I in no way would wish to cause you any harm in attempting to collect this debt. unfortunatly I do feel that it was necassary for me to point out this unfortunate situation to others, and had I left the names out, then it would have just been dismissed and would allow for it to happen to others, I am sure you would not wish that on anyone , as that is not in your nature.
