but if you are are photography nut and maximum image quality is your god there is probably not much competition---even canon 1ds has smaller file size---and since it is a full-frame camera your wide angle lenses now are true wide angle.
for speed, color saturation, and quick web work cheaper cameras are better---if you fancy canon lenses the digital rebel is hard to beat, if nikon lenses the d100 or d70 is great for web work.
d1x is also great, and very good in low light and fast action (mardi gras, etc.)

I currently use the olympus E-20n with the FL-40 flash.
I hate the Low light results with only a 320 ISO setting.

The other main feature I hate is No Buffer, 4 shots and I am talking 3 minute break....
