      one of my all times favourites!
      The more i watch it, the more i find it superior to the first series Frank Herbert's Dune.
      And the music is phenomenal too.

                      A wicked Susan Sarandon is worth the price of the DVDs -- too the softcore sex is refreshing. Though there are lonnnnnnngggggg lonnnngggg stretches of nothing but expository dialogue, with only smidgens of action and special effects scenes.

                      I give it B-.

                          What is Taken ?


                          Lonnnnnnngggggg lonnnngggg stretches of nothing but expository dialogue is what dune is about. It's pretty philosophical - awesome stuff if you actually understand the meaning of each dialogue (which is pretty hard - sometimes I had to re-read some parts like 3-4 times)
