    Just got my acacia papers...

    1) I dont own any paysites, only did once (couple years ago) and the site only made around $500 total in its life.
    2) Never bought streaming media content, never sold media or made my own content. I also dont design sites, Nor do I own a TGP, never have either.
    3)I've never been to a webmaster party like internext. Ive never bought content from Matrix.
    4)Im a broke ass college student, and they want to bring me to court?
    5) Im going to take a dump on these papers.

                                                                  They are a total failure. All they have accomplished so far is to get 50 companies to sign a sweetheart deal, and got a few default judgements agaisnt companies that didnt even defend themself. Thats it, nothing more.

                                                                  They are having such a hard time getting sites that actually have video to sign their license, that they focusing their attention on guys that dont even use video.


                                                                  All they are going to do is keep delaying their court battle against impai so they have more time to try and use their scare tactics to get as many licensees as they can before their patents are invalidated.


                                                                  When the tgp gropup counter sues, acacia will just do the same thing, keep delaying.
