Topbucks Referrals disappeared what the fuck is going on?

    Topbucks Referrals disappeared what the fuck is going on?

    Over the years i've referred a few webmasters who have brought in some decent sales. Lately I was pulling around $400-$600 from my referrals per month.

    A few days ago every sale disappeared from my stats at referral.topbucks.com . Now hits through my ref code don't seem to be counted anymore.

    So far i've sent 2 messages through topbucks's support system and have ICQ'd 2 of the staff on their FAQ page. No fucking reply yet

    What I want to know is: Anyone else experiencing the same thing?

      How long did you wait for a reply before posting this ? perhaps they are busy, and your are in line to be dealt with ?

          Ive had 1200 a month in TopBucks referrals one month and see it go down to 300 the next.

                  Not that, every referred sale DISAPPEARED even retroactively
                  No email, no nothing, i can still login and my ref code works fine

                  No reason to be dealt with i've had the ref code on a site for years now, not even promoting them actively except now in my sig

                              Can you please send the information to me at [email protected]. I'm sure our staff has recieved your messages, but are waiting on our technical guys to look into it more. In any case, I can assure you that we'll be sure you get paid the correct amount. I don't see any issues with the referral program and to be honest, my first hunch is to see if anyone else could have had access to your referral account information and imported the referrals to the new TopBucks referral system.

                                          That is correct, the new referral program has been out for over a year and this issue is seems to be only on this 1 account and doesn't affect any others on either the new or old program.

                                          Also, Dildozer, since it is Memorial Day Weekend, can you please post to let me know if you've sent off the email before I start sorting through all my correspondence.

                                                                      It's not a glitch, nor is it due to the old referral system. Both the new and old referral programs are running smoothly. The problem has to do with one of the referred accounts.
