I might not be profound or intelligent... but if a person asked for help... or even asked me to do it before he really tried to find the answer on his own, I would either ignore the post... or tell him in a nice way what the proper course of action is.

The best advice anyone on or off this board could give on this issue is "get a lawyer". This is too important an issue to go about half-assed and trusting people's advice who's credentials or legal knowledge you have no way of verfifying. Sure, AaronM could have been nicer about it, but like he said, this is GFY and you have to learn quick to have tougher skin around here. My advice is: don't trust a board for legal advice...talk to an actual lawyer.
