Dear Healthcare/Pharmacy Merchant:
It has come to our attention that some Healthcare/Pharmacy Merchants are selling highly addictive,
dangerous drugs in a manner that we believe is impossible to control. The drugs in question include
Hydrocodone and its derivatives (e.g. Vicodin). It is our view that these drugs cannot be prescribed
with a ?virtual consultation? in a safe manner.
Therefore, effective immediately, St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank Limited does not allow any of its
Merchant Account Services to be utilized to sell the above items in cases where the drugs are not
prescribed in a face-to-face consultation.
Our Compliance Department is in the process of reviewing your site and will continue to do so. If at any
time, after receipt of this letter, it is found that you continue to sell any of the above items in
contravention of this policy, your account will be terminated immediately.
