    2003a messages never arrrive or send , shit arrives hours later.

    Is there a stable working version of ICQ?

                          i have never had a problem with my icq... i use the icqpro... i know icqlite sucks and i had problems with trillian as well...

                          may want to uninstall it and try reinstalling it...
