why anyone who is cloaking their pages would allow them to be Google cached is beyond me

**Theo** · 10-23-2003, 12:14 PM

google gets suspicious on 1000s pages with no-cache under the same domain

there's no point to avoid cached pages since the outcome of cloaking is visible easily.

"Oh, and BTW, the searchenginecloaker.com website is now also completely gone:"

Everything works fine to me.

I think what they're trying to get at is that they're going to try to pressure google into finding sites with manage.pl and ban them. I guess you could just protect your cgi-bin and be peachy.

I'm going to write my own cloak script anyway, it's way too simple of a script to charge $150 for and I don't want to pay the extra license fees for every domain
