    He said this: "when i am about join as a member i am blocked by the server saying i have made an illegal operation and will shut down tryed it 3 times !? please advise"



    Spyware/Adware on his puter? Needs to update?

      Yes, that's spyware in his IE.

          could be spyware / adware, could be he is out of memory or his computer is a piece of shit or just a f'n mess. The server isn't giving him that message, Windows is.
