The trick with reality sites is REALITY.
I'm not sure about your site so please don't take this personally and remember "Reality" is an extension of Gonzo that has been shot on video since the 80s.
From what I've seen most of those that failed, failed because it was not beleivable and the models were not "Up For It"
Reality is often used on the Internet in place of Amateur which was often used to describe "Useless with a camera and model"
So the first thing you need is an idea that has not been done totally to death, then you need some decent equipmient (not state of the art just decent) then you need to work on your skills with the equipment, then find yourselves some models and learn to tell them what to do, how to do it and the reaction/personality the scene requires.
Then all you need to do is put it up on a site that illustrates properly what you are doing.
Or could shoot a movie about a girl walking into your flat and have her blowing you while your filming it two minutes later. That's totally real enough.
