You're final notice is nothing but a joke.

1) Your C|Net insert about how your patents were "upheld" clearly states that it was by DEFAULT because people didnt show up. You haven't won shit where its been a real fight.

2) Your other C|Net insert talks about how you got someone turned off as a result of the DEFAULT JUDGEMENT. That is the next logical thing and all you've talked about is what you've done to only ONE person.

What about your servers hosted in the USA? Can't they just get a USA court order to close them down or are you hosted all in Canada?
